Review: Amie Morning Clear Purifying Facial Wash

I’ve recently been trying to swap many of my skincare products to more natural ones, avoiding parabens, sulphates and other nasties. I’m actually developing two further websites at the moment I’ve got into it all so much.

So, in my hunt for nice, green skincare I discovered Amie, in particular their Morning Clear Purifying Facial Wash. I’ve been having a lot of problems with my skin recently and I really do feel like this has helped my skin and it smells great too.

After the first use my skin looked much cleaner and felt fresher but there was no tightness or stinging. I’ve had more than my fair share of reactions to skincare products so having one with no feeling at all is a great thing! I’ve been using this now for about two weeks and I do think it’s helped my skin. My nose is possibly the area I’ve noticed the most change as there are far fewer blackheads and my pores seem smaller now too. I still have quite bad breakouts on my chin but this is due to my pill so there’s not too much I can do about it. That said though it doesn’t seem as fiery or sore and is certainly clearing up faster than before. I’ve also been using the Amie New Leaf Skin Exfoliating Polish that I got in my Beauteco box, which you can read about here.

I’m now a total Amie convert and will be buying more of their products in the future! They’re great products and most things are under £5! At that price, surely it’s worth giving them a try?

Check out the products on the Amie website.
